Community Futures Alberni-Clayoquot

Community Futures Alberni-Clayoquot (CFAC) is a local, non-profit organization that provides entrepreneurial assistance and economic development resources to our region’s communities of Bamfield, Port Alberni, Tofino and Ucluelet. A board of local volunteers provides guidance toward achieving our mandate of encouraging economic activity and entrepreneurship. Our small staff of six highly skilled, experienced and personable people are motivated by helping our clients and communities achieve their goals.

Working together within the communities we serve CFAC helps to identify and address various small business and economic needs through a combination of localized strategic planning; business development and counseling; financial assistance to small and medium sized businesses; and actively working with other local stakeholders and community agencies to leverage resources toward achieving goals that will benefit the community.

Community Futures offers such services as the Self-Employment Program, Business Financing, Business Counseling and Economic Development, which work directly toward building local, successful economies and communities.
