JobWave™

JobWave™ is the most successful employment program in the history of British Columbia, continually bringing innovation to the field of job placement. Since its inception JobWave and its affiliate programs have helped over 32,500 BC Assistance clients return to the workforce. This BC government-funded program is available to job seekers and employers throughout the province, from urban centres to remote rural communities.

JobWave offers opportunities in a huge range of sectors, from construction to retail and high tech. Over the life of the program, over 80% of all participants become independent of social assistance. We also feature the highest average hourly wage of all BC employment programs - $11.49 an hour, 43.6% higher than minimum wage.

Triumph Vocational Services

Triumph is an effective employment programs for Persons with Disabilities. It is funded by the BC government and is offered jointly by WCG International HR Solutions and Back in Motion Rehab Inc.

Team members include Registered Rehabilitation Professionals, Vocational Coaches, Job Developers, Psychologists, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

Alberni Valley Employment Centre

Located in Port Alberni, the Alberni Valley Employment Centre provide services and support to help clients achieve their employment goals.

The Centre is funded by the Government of Canada and offers group workshops, individual employment counselling, business information, work-related computer and internet access and a comprehensive career resource library of books, magazines and videotapes. .
